The security at this facility is state of the art, with biometric hand scanners. It is also SAS70 Type II certified, is fully n+1 redundant, and has round the clock onsite support. The Ashburn facility is considered to be the east coast’s largest Internet traffic peering point.

A 750KvA diesel generator is in place in the event of a power outage, and regular monthly systems checks are performed to make sure that all systems continue to run like clockwork.
