We currently operate a number of data centers in Virginia and across the US, serving thousands of clients in the process. Each of those centers houses neutral carriers that are connected by proprietary fiber rings. • Numerous network paths, each of which comes into the data center via fiber optic connections that have local 10Gigabit connectivity in case of failover
• Extra router line cards and optics kept in house for speedy replacement and MTTR
• Multiple upstream providers that combine to form a hugely redundant bandwidth blend. This is then made available to customers via a single fiber cross or Ethernet connect
• A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for non-critical updates. We also perform regularly scheduled maintenance that will not affect dual cross connect clients

Every data center that we deploy must meet the high standards that we set in reliability, security, and quality. They are also required to maintain a minimum of n+1 redundancy with 2n availability.
